Saturday March 18, 2023, CIEPD SITUATION ROOM observed election in Rivers State and noticed;

1. Kpean Khana LGA, Ward 18(all units): Election did not hold because materials were brought to only one unit with a private car, this triggered conflict and the material destroyed.
